Quick Start Kits - FAQs

What is the order process?
  • Once we have received your order request, a member of our sales team will call you back to complete the order process.
  • They will collect some additional information that is required to set you up on our systems and send you a site survey template.
  • The purpose of the site survey template is to enable us to provide detailed installation instructions that are specific to your building and data collection requirements.
  • Once payment has been received, the kit will shipped and we will assist with remote setup and configuration once you have advised that the sensors have been installed.
Where do you ship?
  • We can ship to anywhere in the world. All orders will be dispatched from our HQ in Northampton, UK.
Is installation included?
  • No, installation is not included, however we have designed these kits to include everything you need and be as simple as possible to install.
  • For each kit, we provide detailed installation instructions that are specific to your site. Our customer success team create these using information you provide in your site survey, your data collection requirements and many years of experience. 
  • If you do require installation and are based in the UK, we can offer this for an additional charge. Please detail this at the time of ordering.
Are network cables included?
  • No, as the length of cables required for each install can vary.
